Stocking Stuffers Under $20
#1 My First Palm Grip CrayonsCrayola
My daughter loves getting into her brother’s crayon’s and scribbling on paper while he is doing his virtual learning. I love the fact that the Crayola My First Palm Grip Crayons are able to fit in the palm of her hand for easy hold and scribbling. 1 crayon is equivalent to 14 regular crayons and there’s 6 in the pack. Not quite sure why they eliminated black and brown but it’s still a good concept that I can’t pass up.
#2 Toddler’s First Coloring Book for Girls
What little girl doesn’t love hedgehogs, ponies and flowers? The large drawings in this coloring book are especially designed to be simple enough for a toddler between 1 and 3 years of age. It makes a great early learning activity.
#3 Books
My daughter loves books. We usually read them during bath time or just before bed. I found a couple books I am excited to add to her collection and are all under $20. Giraffes Can’t Dance, If Animals Kissed Goodnight and Every So Often a Zebra has Spots.
#4 Hat and Gloves
If you live where you get snow, you can’t go wrong gifting cute hat and gloves. Kids use, outgrow and lose them often so they always make it on my list. One tip I have learned – attach a piece of yarn or shoelaces to the gloves and slip through the hang loop of your child’s coat so they will always be there when they need them.
#5 Cotton Long Sleeve Pajamas
I love these pajamas and how they look on my little girl. She also loves picking which ones she wants to wear. Just like hats and gloves she outgrows these quickly so they are always a good purchase. I love the prints from Unifriend and they are all under $20. The Pink Cherry and Little Sister Angel ones are my favorite.
#6 Faux Suede Bows
Teigan is finally warming up to hair accessories and this mama couldn’t be happier. I love these bows on Amazon and there is also Courtney Adams, a mama on Instagram that makes the cutest bows. Her shop is Lo & Co Bows I highly recommend checking her stuff out if you want to shop small and support an awesome family. I’ll be buying some from her as well.
#7 Bath Toys
My little girl loves baths and bath toys is a fun way to get her to use her imagination and make bath time even more fun. Teigan cries when I turn the faucet off and I hate wasting water so this sunflower bath shower by Naturalife caught my attention and is probably my favorite bath toy. Honestly, I’m not sure if this would fit in a stocking but it’s under $20 and I think she would absolutely love it! They had an electric one but that gave me flashbacks to when I lived in Belize and would get zapped every time I showered – NOT cool!
#8 Sensory Toys
Teigan is always taking our car keys and playing with the buttons. I cringe every time wondering if my car windows are open or my doors are unlocked. Funkeys by B. Toys are funky toy keys that make 4 fun car key noises. They almost look like ours aside from the bright colors but I’m hoping that makes them more appealing to her.
#9 Truly Calming Bath Bubbles – Honest Company
Are you sensing a theme? My daughter loves baths and bubbles just makes it somewhat magical. I love playing with the bubbles and making bubble beards and bubble troll hair. It’s just fun times and unlikely that she won’t like it. Truly Calming Lavender Bath Bubbles by Honest Company is great for those before bed baths.
#10 Writing Tablet
This is an awesome Educational toy that is multi-functional. The Kokodi LCD Writing Tablet is a drawing pad, doodle board, writing board, toddler drawing board, etc. It looks fun and I can’t wait to see her creations.
#11 Personalized Name Puzzle
I love, love, love this. Teigan loves puzzles and this one teaches her to identify her name. This Personalize Name Puzzle is the coolest gift and will serve as decor when she no longer desires to play with it but I have a feeling she will love this just as much as her mama.
#12 Color Shape Matching Eggs
Fun and educational color/shape matching eggs – yes please! These Junbestn eggs are so cute and teaches toddlers to count, sort and match! They are designed to improve hand dexterity, color recognition and fine motor skills.
#13 Sock Shoes
I bought these Grace Orchid rubber sole sock shoes for my oldest when she was a toddler because she kept slipping on our floor. We have hardwood floors and Teigan is always on the move. This morning she was in such a mood and didn’t want to put her shoes on. I ended up taking her barefoot and putting her shoes on once we were at my mom’s house. These socks have a rubber sole and will come in handy for days like these.
#14 Fun Socks
Teigan hates ankle socks!! It’s the strangest thing. She is either no socks or knee socks, lol. She is also at the stage of picking her clothes and gravitating towards characters and bright colors. These fun socks by Cottock are right up her ally.
#15 Water Bottle
My favorite water bottle because keeps my water cold all day and my tea hot. I’m not sure how it does it, but it does. The kids are always after my water bottle when we go out because they know it’ll be cold. Even Teigan gets in the action. But mama wants to have a personal water bottle and not a family communal bottle. So, each of my kids are getting a Mira Stainless Steel Water Bottle in their stockings – starting with the youngest.
#16 Electric Toothbrush
Teigan is at the stage where she wants to brush her teeth without my help. My mama heart is still struggling with my last baby not wanting my help. Ugh, they grow fast. I think this Brusheez electric toothbrush allows her to be independent but also gives me a little more peace of mind that she her teeth are getting a better clean than with a manual toothbrush. It comes with a holding station and a rinse cup.
#17 Blue Light Glasses
De Bluff Blue Light Blocking Glasses are cute and small enough for her little face. Blue light blocking glasses are all the rave but with kids always on screens due to the pandemic, I think they are very much needed. Teigan plays with my glasses all the time and I think she would love her own pair – especially since they are a cute pink color.
#18 Stacker Blocks
I love Jenga and these S & S Worldwide Stackers is the cutest dang thing. You can play it the traditional way or with the dice. I can’t wait to play this with her.
#19 Utensils
Like I said earlier, Teigan is in the “I can do it myself” stage and these utensils by Grabease are easy to hold and are have a protective barrier to prevent choking. What’s not to love. It promotes self-feeding and reduces common risks associated with self-feeding.
#20 Letter Magnets
LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Letter Magnets are a great educational toy that not only identifies the letter but also the sound and sings the alphabets.
